Minimum licence cost

CTARS has a minimum monthly licence cost of $100. If an organisation doesn’t have sufficient licence costs to cover this, the remaining balance will be charged to the organisation each month.

Individual client pricing

Only pay for each client you deliver services to, and pay less for clients if you're only providing limited services, e.g. support coordination. CTARS pricing is flexible, so you can have clients across different price tiers depending on what services you're providing for each client.

Yes, there is a once-off set-up fee. The minimum implementation fee starts at $2,500 and scales up relative to the size of the organisation and the complexity of the solution.

Our minimum contract is 12 months, with discounts provided for longer term contracts.

Complete access to CTARS is included for each pricing tier. Our initial services also include design and discovery work to identify the way you work and your priorities.  We then map your processes with CTARS for the outcomes you want. We then provide:

  • Initial training
  • An account manager for ongoing implementation assistance
  • Ongoing tech support
  • Access to user guides

Our software is highly intuitive, so it is very easy to adopt and learn by staff of all levels with minimal training. A dedicated account manager is always on hand to assist.
